Soul Weaving
These sessions are deeply immersive. I spend significant time during and after each session to offer personalized guidance. You may receive rituals, breathwork or yoga practices, ceremonial instructions, offerings for the land, or herbal bath recommendations. Deities, Ancestors, or other guides may also come through.

Embodied Ancestry
12-week journey into soul guidance, land divination, and ancestral healing. Through land divination and ancestral wisdom, you'll reconnect with the gifts of your lineage and the living intelligence of the earth, remembering your original harmony and purpose. You can choose to work with me 1-on-1 or, join the group container.
Deone is a gentle power house. My session with her was really lovely. She was able to help me discover where I was holding tension physically and emotionally. She told me what I needed release as well as intuit what exercises may be helpful to me in moving that energy. The most unexpected part, was her meeting one of my guides!

What Might Our Work Together Entail?
No two paths are the same. I receive different information depending on
what's most significant for your soul's journey at this time.
Below are some things that may arise in your session:
Soul Retrieval
We are born free and whole. Sometimes, as we grow, we are exposed to traumatic events, distorting our light and true essence. Lost aspects of the soul from younger years may appear in the session to be retrieved and integrated, so that you can embody more wholeness.
Past Life Regression
If you've been dealing with pain/grief that feels familiar yet you can't quite place its origin from this lifetime, you may be dealing with past life trauma. Your subtle body may need to be cleared of karmic imprints that no longer serve you in this lifetime.
Chakra/Somatic Alchemy
I will tune into each chakra in your body and receive specific insights to help you increase the prana of specific chakras. You will likely be given a regime incorporating breathwork, yoga, herbs, kundalini yoga, and/or rituals, etc.
Ancestral Alchemy
Each of us has a team of ancestors - even if they feel far away from you. They are reaching out to assist you in some way. I will relay relevant messages from those on your spirit team and give you guidance on how to improve your connection to these guides or cut even chords with unserving spirits/entities.
